The following Privacy Policy for AdGooroo, a division of Competitive Media Reporting, LLC (hereafter “AdGooroo”), is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.

This privacy policy applies solely to the Web site pages located at and the Insight web applications located at and (hereafter collectively the “Site”). It does not apply to any other products or services provided by AdGooroo or any other party.

AdGooroo collects personally identifiable information from our users of this Site in certain sections of the Site, such as our Contact Us forms, Webinar sign-up forms, and Whitepaper download forms. Typically the information collected is name, company, email address, and phone number.

If you submit a resume or otherwise seek employment with AdGooroo, we may collect your employment and professional history.

Tracking Utilities

Log Files: As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information is related to the use of this Site and services and includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Web Beacons

We employ, and our third party analytics companies employ, a software technology called Web Beacons. Web beacons are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Web beacons may set cookies or interact with cookies on user’s computers. We use Web beacons in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
