Report: PPC Compare Advertisers

The Compare Advertisers report provides data around how a specific advertiser is performing versus another advertiser for each keyword in the keyword group during a selected date range.

You can change the Keyword Group displayed by selecting the drop down menu on the tool bar in the right hand corner of the page. You can also change the advertiser(s) by changing the URL(s) displayed in the tool bar. If comparing your performance against a competitor’s, we recommend listing your URL in the left box on the tool bar and the URL of your competitor in the right. In doing so, it will be easier to read areas for optimization for your search program.

Compare Keywords Tab


PPC Advertiser Comparison Graph
The PPC Advertiser Comparison Graph charts the difference in Coverage and Rank for two specified advertisers. You can change the advertiser by changing the URL displayed in the tool bar. The default number of keyword listings shown in the graph is 50, but can be changed through the drop down menu below the graph.

Coverage Comparison Graph
The Coverage Comparison graph charts changes in Coverage for two advertisers over the past 60 days (rolling). You can change advertisers displayed in this graph by changing the advertiser URLs displayed in the tool bar.

Rank Comparison Graph
The Rank Comparison graph charts changes in Rank for two advertisers over the 60 days (rolling). You can change advertisers displayed in this graph by changing the advertiser URLs displayed in the tool bar.

Compare Keywords Tabular Data
The tabular data displays Coverage and Rank for two advertisers by keyword, as well as the difference in Coverage and Rank. This tab also features a recommendation column, which displays a general recommendation for improving keyword performance. The default number of keyword listings shown in the table is 50, but can be changed through the drop down menu.

Budget Comparison Graph
The Budget Comparison graph charts the selected advertisers based on the number of impressions and clicks AdGooroo estimates they captured. The size of each advertiser’s bubble is representative of their estimated spend.

Historical Spend Graph
The Historical Spend graph charts changes in spend for two advertisers over the past 60 days (rolling).

Historical Clicks Graph
The Historical Clicks graph charts changes in clicks for two advertisers over the past 60 days (rolling).
