1. What does AdGooroo do? [TOP]
AdGooroo offers several products. Our most popular product, SEM Insight, provides competitive intelligence to search engine marketers and is typically used by search marketing agencies, consultants, and large, brand-name advertisers. SEM Insight can also be integrated with Google AdWords. Advertisers who choose this option receive additional campaign optimization reports and one-click charting tools.
AdGooroo Express is intended for smaller Google AdWords advertisers. This service provides campaign optimization and charting tools, but less competitive intelligence reporting than SEM Insight.
Trademark Insight provides brand name advertisers and their service providers with a way to identify unauthorized use of their trademarks on the search engines.
2. What is AdGooroo SEM Insight? [TOP]
AdGooroo SEM Insight fills in the missing piece in your PPC campaigns. It maps out the advertising landscape and provides answers that were previously unavailable. At a tactical level, it is useful for all of the following:

3. What is AdGooroo Trademark Insight? [TOP]
AdGooroo Trademark Insight is a service designed to detect unauthorized usage of trademarks on the search engines.
Brand names are usually some of the most profitable keywords to target on the search engines. Competitors know this and will often target your trademarked terms or use them within their ad copy to divert some of your potential customers to their sites. These customers may then go on to purchase from your competitors or even give up their search altogether.

5. How many keywords should I monitor with AdGooroo? [TOP]
To use AdGooroo properly, you must monitor a sufficient number of keywords. By picking a larger number of related keywords in each group, you will automatically filter out advertisers who are not true competitors and receive a better snapshot of the advertising landscape that reaches the customer segments you're targeting. Ideally, each keyword group you track should have around 100 keywords. Choosing fewer than 25 will give you poor results.
Either the number of keywords you currently advertise in or your budget can be useful metrics to determine the overall number of AdGooroo keywords you will need. If your campaign already has significant keyword buildout (ie: thousands or tens of thousands of keywords), then usually about 5% of these keywords should be tracked within AdGooroo.
If you campaign is generating high-traffic, but has a limited number of keywords (25-200), then all of your keywords should be entered. AdGooroo will then be able to help you build out your keyword list and reduce your cost per acquisition over time.
You will also need more keywords if you wish to monitor multiple search engines or regions. Your account is charged for each keyword, search engine, region you select. So monitoring a single term on both Google and Yahoo within the US and UK counts as 4 keywords total.
6. Is AdGooroo a bid management service or conversion tracking tool? [TOP]
No. AdGooroo does not provide bid management or conversion tracking, although the information it provides is extremely powerful when used in conjunction with your current software. In the hands of a skilled paid search marketer or agency, this combined information can be deadly to the competition.
Sometimes, bid management doesn't make sense, as in the case of a campaign that is managed with a branding strategy. For these campaigns, AdGooroo is an invaluable addition to your marketing arsenal.
7. Does AdGooroo click on ads? [TOP]
No. AdGooroo collects impression information only. We never click on any ads.
8. Can you manage my campaigns for me? [TOP]
