Richard Stokes, CEO

Richard Stokes

Richard is the founder and CEO of AdGooroo, a leading provider of Digital Marketing Intelligence. Richard is a long-time internet marketer with over 15 years experience in technology and advertising management. He was previously a technology executive at Publicis Groupe/Leo Burnett. He has a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Richard is a regular speaker on search marketing topics, is a certified expert in both email marketing and conversion optimization, and is the author of "Mastering Search Advertising - How the Top 3% of Search Advertisers Dominate Google AdWords" and "The Ultimate Guide to Pay-Per-Click Advertising".


Ed Fleming, CFO

Ed Fleming

As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at AdGooroo, Ed Fleming oversees business development, sales and the customer success team as well as the controller, treasury, investor relations, tax, internal audit and facilities functions. Ed entered the Internet space in 1999 with Performics, playing a key role in day-to-day execution and strategic planning while being a part of several acquisitions that helped lead to Google purchasing DoubleClick Performics in 2007. Prior to AdGooroo Ed has held senior financial positions at DoubleClick Performics, Google and Analyte Media, and additionally has unique experience in both helping start-up ventures get off the ground and moving small companies onto the fast track to growth. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and accounting from Marquette University and lives in Chicago with his wife and son.



Robin Simkins - EVP Client Services

Robin Simkins

As Executive Vice President, Client Services and Business Development at AdGooroo, Robin Simkins is responsible for optimizing program performance for the company’s twenty largest clients and building strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value for both AdGooroo and its partners. Robin came to the company with more than a decade of Internet marketing and management experience, with a concentration in Search Engine Marketing. Prior to joining AdGooroo, she was Vice President of Marketing at DoubleClick-Performics and began her career in interactive marketing at Classified Ventures. Robin holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law.



Courtney Christianson - Vice President of Customer Success

Courtney Christianson is Vice President of Customer Success at AdGooroo, where she leads the Customer Success team and is responsible for ensuring each AdGooroo client maximizes their program effectiveness through training, education and support. In addition, Courtney oversees product implementation and has a strong focus on building operational scale for the organization. A ten-year veteran of account management with an emphasis in affiliate and search engine marketing, Courtney has previously held positions as Director of Operations at Google and Director of Client Services at DoubleClick-Performics. She is a graduate of Iowa State University where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.



Abuna Demoz - VP Engineering

Abuna Demoz

Abuna Demoz joined AdGooroo in early 2005, developing cutting edge software and managing a worldwide technology footprint. He has over 10 years professional software development experience and was previously a software developer for Publicis Groupe/Leo Burnett. Demoz holds a B.S. in Computer Science, and an M.S. in Computer Science/Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery from DePaul University. When not at the computer, he enjoys cycling and kitesurfing.
