AdGooroo is the leading provider of advertising intelligence to search engine marketers. Its proprietary technology tracks all search advertising activity in any given industry, empowering sophisticated agencies and advertisers with competitors' keywords, ad copy, campaign statistics, daily alerts, and other information needed to generate the highest possible return on advertising investment.

AdGooroo was founded in 2004 to answer the need for independent competitive intelligence in the emerging Search Engine Marketing (SEM) industry. Originally designed for use as an internal marketing technology for an affiliate marketing company, it proved to be so successful that the technology was spun off as a separate venture.

The first release of AdGooroo was modest, providing data solely for Google US pay-per-click listings. However, we continue to expand our capabilities and feature set to meet growing demand. Today, we provide data on both natural and pay-per-click activity for Google, Yahoo, MSN, and Baidu in over 14 different countries.

Richard Stokes, Founder, President, and CMO

Richard Stokes

Richard is a long-time internet marketer more than 13 years experience in technology and advertising management. He was previously a technology executive at Publicis Groupe/Leo Burnett, and before that, Chief Architect at Chicago-based Click Commerce. He has a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University). Richard is a regular speaker on search marketing topics and is a certified expert in both email marketing and conversion optimization.





Gary Allen, CEO

Gary Allen

Prior to joining AdGooroo in 2005, Allen was CTO at Performics, now the performance division of DoubleClick. At Performics, he managed system development efforts of the in-house IT team to build customer-focused e-commerce solutions. He was also responsible for the design, development and enhancement of Performics' Internet-based platform/service offerings and various technological advances. Gary also headed the wireless technology group for ABN AMRO Information Technology Services. There he developed the Wireless Initiative Project that included financial and technical risk management, project planning, team building, and the development and implementation of a three-tiered e-commerce infrastructure.





Tom O'Grady - VP of Sales

Tom O'Grady

Tom O'Grady is responsible for all sales activities as well as managing existing client satisfaction and growth for AdGooroo. He brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience to the organization. Tom has an extensive online media background, with an emphasis on search engine marketing, performance-based advertising and multi-channel strategy development. Prior to his joining AdGooroo, he was VP Client Services at Performics; an Internet media company specializing in affiliate and search engine marketing. Performics was acquired by DoubleClick in June of 2004 for $65MM. He combines an entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge of big agency management and an understanding of major brand challenges and needs, to produce results that benefit both agency and client. Tom is a graduate of Marquette University and lives in Glen Ellyn with his wife and 3 boys.
